Prescription Guide

There are 3 parts to your prescription;

SPHERE

CYLINDER

AXIS

Which could either be written out as below:

SPHERE CYLINDER AXIS
-1.00 -0.50 110

OR

-1.00 / -0.50 x 110

Note which part of your prescription is the
Sphere, Cylinder, Axis
and then fill it in correctly in the appropriate field to get the cost of your lenses per eye.

Your sphere will either be

1. Between +4.00 to -4.00 ( e.g. -2.50 or +3.00 )
2. Above +4.00 ( e.g. +5.00 ) / above -4.00 ( e.g. -6.00 )

Your cylinder will always be negative so either

1. Below -2.00 ( e.g. -1.50 )
2. Above -2.00 ( e.g. -3.00 )

Your axis will range between 1 to 180.

**Each eye prescription is different, so check it correctly before filling it in to get an accurate cost of lenses.
